Our therapists, available in-person at our Houston, River Oaks office or virtually via teletherapy, are trained to address the root of the symptoms manifested by trauma/PTSD. We use a variety of modalities to treat trauma/PTSD, depending on the nature and severity of the trauma. We include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We can refer you to a qualified, licensed professional for Neurofeedback.
After the initial consultation, your therapist will develop the treatment plan that best suits where you are in your recovery process; whether that is in the discovery stage of your PTSD, the realization stage or the deep healing stage.
