Jessica Hatton Cohen, Certified Life Coach

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. She spent over a decade living in New York City, building a career in operations across a variety of industries. Throughout that time, she developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, goal setting, and navigating complex challenges— skills that now inform her approach to coaching.

After years of being the person friends and colleagues turned to for support and perspective, Jessica decided to formalize her passion for personal development by becoming an Associate Certified Essential Life Coach through Coach Training EDU, an International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited program.

What drew Jessica to coaching was its forward-focused approach. Rather than dwelling on the past, coaching emphasizes action—clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and building a plan to move ahead with purpose. This perspective deeply resonated with her own values and experiences.

Having grown up with a mother who worked as a marriage counselor, Jessica naturally gravitated toward listening and offering insight on relationships and personal growth. Over the years, it became clear that helping others find clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful
steps forward is what energizes her most.
